Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a comprehensive long-term product strategy that aligns with the company's overarching goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Market Forecasting: Analyze emerging trends in AI, SaaS, and enterprise software to anticipate future needs and opportunities.
- Roadmap Execution: Lead the creation and maintenance of the annual and quarterly product roadmap, ensuring resource allocation matches strategic priorities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product strategy supports revenue growth and brand positioning.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation within the product department, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor strategies to identify unique value propositions and market differentiators.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of product management or strategy experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching products that have had a significant market impact.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, IoT) and their potential applications in a business context.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
