Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 5-year strategic vision, with a primary focus on defining the roadmap for 2026.
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business goals.
- Manage the P&L for strategic R&D projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI maximization.
- Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders and executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps for major technological shifts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategies.
- Experience with emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Web3.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
