Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive, data-driven strategy that aligns technological capabilities with business objectives for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to drive digital transformation and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Drive AI & Automation Strategy: Identify and implement scalable AI solutions and automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Resource & Budget Management: Oversee the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for high-impact projects and long-term infrastructure growth.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders and board members.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a world-class team of strategists and technologists.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior leadership role within the technology sector, with a specific focus on strategic planning and roadmap execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is highly preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Enterprise Systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and pivot strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
