Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Change bed linens and ensure all rooms meet brand cleanliness standards
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to company protocols for chemical handling and waste disposal
- Complete daily room assignments within scheduled timeframe
- Provide courteous assistance to guests when requested
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Basic communication skills in English
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
