Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict safety and hygiene standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels.
- Empty trash cans and ensure waste disposal is handled in a sanitary manner.
- Dust furniture, polish surfaces, and vacuum carpets to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding guest privacy and security.
- Assist with light laundry duties and room preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays (Shift Work).
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Basic English proficiency required for communication.
