Responsibilities
- General Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and commercial settings.
- Restroom & Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and restock restrooms and kitchen areas to ensure they meet our high hygiene standards.
- Bed Making & Laundry: Strip and make beds, change linens, and perform light laundry duties as assigned.
- Supply Management: Monitor cleaning supply levels and restock items such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning agents.
- Organization: Organize closets, pantries, and living areas to create a tidy and welcoming environment for clients.
- Client Relations: Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate effectively with homeowners and office managers.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with little to no professional cleaning experience; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods (up to 4-6 hours).
- Attention to Detail: Must possess a keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid ID: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
