Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to our detailed standard operating procedures.
- Laundry Management: Strip beds, change linens, and ensure all laundry is returned to the correct rooms in a timely manner.
- Maintenance Reporting: Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (broken fixtures, leaks) and report them immediately to the maintenance team.
- Restocking: Monitor inventory levels of amenities and cleaning supplies, restocking as needed to ensure rooms are fully prepared.
- Sanitization: Deep clean and sanitize high-touch areas, including doorknobs, light switches, and handles.
- Organization: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust and ensuring a flawless finish in every room.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
