Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and linens in guest suites.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Make beds and arrange furniture according to hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects for extended periods (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for entry-level candidates).
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
