As a Housekeeping Associate, you will ensure that all assigned areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Your duties will include:

- Maintaining cleanliness of floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and furniture using appropriate cleaning chemicals.
- Sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Restocking cleaning supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensuring compliance with all company safety and sanitation policies.
- Performing light laundry duties and making beds in assigned guest rooms or offices.
- Moving furniture and equipment as needed to facilitate deep cleaning.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience required; we provide full training for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical labor.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic English proficiency for safety communication.
