Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, suites, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Perform thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing of surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities (towels, toiletries, etc.) are replenished.
- Respond promptly to room service requests and coordinate with maintenance teams for any necessary repairs.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment (vacuums, buffers, etc.) is maintained and stored properly after use.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, chemical handling guidelines, and company policies.
- Walk through completed work areas to verify quality and completeness before clocking out.
Qualifications
- No previous housekeeping experience required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, lifting (up to 30 lbs), standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred).
- Attention to detail and a personal commitment to cleanliness.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
