Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Strip and make beds using proper linen handling techniques and folding standards.
- Sanitize and disinfect bathrooms, showers, and toilets to meet strict health and safety protocols.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors throughout the property.
- Restock toiletries, linens, and amenities in guest rooms to ensure a premium guest experience.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to keep spaces clean.
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions regarding cleaning procedures.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
