Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests and residents warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately or take detailed messages.
- Manage the front desk operations, including package management and mail distribution.
- Process rental payments, maintain accurate resident records, and issue receipts.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and respond to resident inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are always clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Must be reliable and available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
