Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and optimize room allocations for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and efficiency using our PMS system
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests seamlessly
- Upsell premium amenities and dining experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate shift reports and financial documentation
- Collaborate with concierge and valet teams for integrated service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak check-in/out periods
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid Minnesota hospitality alcohol service certification (preferred)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Minneapolis attractions and transportation (highly valued)
