Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest complaints or requests with professionalism and empathy to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor lobby area for safety and security, maintaining a pristine environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including mail handling, billing support, and filing.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
