Responsibilities
- Reception Management: Greet all visitors, clients, and patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression of our facility.
- Communication Hub: Answer multi-line phones professionally, route calls efficiently, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Handle check-in/check-out procedures, maintain accurate visitor logs, and assist with data entry and filing.
- Operational Efficiency: Coordinate with nursing staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow.
- Environment Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Problem Solving: Address patient inquiries or concerns with patience and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Security & Access: Monitor security access points and maintain a secure facility environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk agent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
