Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth, utilizing Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and anticipate needs during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols professionally
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and security teams for seamless operations
- Execute nightly audit procedures and prepare daily reports for management
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest experience and revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record (for valet coordination)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Austin attractions and local services
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
