Responsibilities
- Manage 24/7 front desk operations with a primary focus on guest satisfaction and safety.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently using hotel PMS software.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly via phone, email, and in-person.
- Monitor building security systems and access control protocols during night hours.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist in restocking amenities and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively without direct supervision.
