Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests, verifying identity and payment details.
- Manage incoming phone inquiries, reservations, and messages with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor security systems and access points to maintain the safety and security of the property.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and financial transactions in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and common areas cleanliness.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports with precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to de-escalate situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
