Responsibilities

  • Execute smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Answer incoming phone lines with a polite and professional tone, managing high call volumes during peak hours.
  • Maintain the security and safety of the property by monitoring lobby areas, fire safety systems, and key control.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints immediately and professionally to ensure 5-star guest satisfaction.
  • Process nightly financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card settlements.
  • Ensure the front desk area and lobby are tidy, organized, and welcoming throughout the night shift.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as mail sorting and room status updates.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the night shift.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
