As a Night Shift Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests during the evening hours, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone lines with a polite and professional tone, managing high call volumes during peak hours.
- Maintain the security and safety of the property by monitoring lobby areas, fire safety systems, and key control.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints immediately and professionally to ensure 5-star guest satisfaction.
- Process nightly financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card settlements.
- Ensure the front desk area and lobby are tidy, organized, and welcoming throughout the night shift.
- Assist with administrative duties such as mail sorting and room status updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the night shift.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
