Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting guests with a warm, professional demeanor immediately upon arrival.
- Managing the front desk area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Providing general information to visitors and answering questions about the company.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience is a plus.
- Must be friendly, approachable, and possess excellent verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Proficiency with basic computer software (Microsoft Office suite preferred).
- A valid driver's license is required.
