Responsibilities
- Greets visitors and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manages the front desk switchboard, answering and directing incoming calls with efficiency and courtesy.
- Handles check-in and check-out procedures, verifying identification and processing payments accurately.
- Answers general inquiries via email, phone, and in-person, providing accurate information about our services.
- Maintains the lobby and reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assists with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Monitors building security systems and access cards to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certification in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with property management software is highly desirable.
