Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out service with attention to detail

Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid CA driver's license (if required for errands)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification a plus
