Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest inquiries and service issues with discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and dining packages
- Prepare daily reports and occupancy forecasts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet parking)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
