Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assisting with check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system.
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintaining the front desk area and lobby to ensure a pristine guest environment.
- Handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are a plus.
