Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential homes (kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms)
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Manage inventory and restock cleaning supplies at client properties
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team leads
- Adapt to different home layouts and client preferences
- Complete shift reports and document service details
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation to client locations across Indianapolis
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
