Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
- Deep clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to company standards.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the property.
- Ensure all linens, cleaning supplies, and toiletries are restocked as needed.
- Follow specific cleaning checklists and safety protocols provided by management.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing the company.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous professional housekeeping or cleaning experience is highly preferred.
- Must be physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
