Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces according to established safety and sanitation protocols.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries and amenities in guest rooms.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained in good working order.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor while interacting with guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Physically capable of lifting 20-30 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
