Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities in guest rooms and suites.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors according to established safety and sanitation protocols.
- Empty trash cans and sanitize waste containers in assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or leaks, to the maintenance department immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security regarding guest information and property.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific cleaning checklists.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
