Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict quality standards.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned rooms within the shift schedule.
- Stock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public restrooms.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure the highest level of confidentiality regarding guest information and property.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle laundry duties and linen management as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit to perform bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
