Responsibilities
- Room & Suite Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities as needed.
- Shift Flexibility: Adapt to various shift schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring consistent coverage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal.
- Report Maintenance: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Guest Relations: Provide a welcoming and professional impression to residents or guests while on duty.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not always required.
- Availability: Must be available for shift work, including nights and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a work environment.
- Language: Basic proficiency in English is required to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
