We are seeking a visionary Future 2026 Technology Lead to architect the next decade of digital transformation at Apex Horizon Solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and execution, ensuring our technology roadmap aligns with market leaders. You will lead a team of elite engineers and strategists to build scalable, resilient systems that define the standard for the future.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging trends and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize legacy systems, ensuring seamless interoperability for future expansions.
- Oversee the research and deployment of AI-driven automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and product innovation.
- Establish security and compliance frameworks that are future-proofed against evolving digital threats.
- Mentor senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-performance delivery.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of sustainable and green computing practices within our infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Strategic Technology Leadership or CTO-level roles within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Big Data architectures.
- Experience with Web3, Blockchain, or Distributed Ledger Technologies is highly preferred.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into strategic business value.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
