Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling exascale data and real-time decision-making.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of Generative AI and Autonomous Agent technologies.
- Optimize Neural Architectures: Continuously refine and optimize deep learning models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Bridge Theory and Practice: Translate cutting-edge research papers into production-ready software solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for AI engineering.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU architectures (CUDA).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large language models or reinforcement learning.
- System Design: Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in novel ways.
- Creativity: A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate trends in AI technology.
