Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced neural network architectures tailored for 2026 scalability requirements.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI agents into core business workflows.

- Optimize existing models for inference speed and cost-efficiency.
- Prototype and validate futuristic concepts, including multimodal AI and predictive behavioral analytics.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning principles, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex AI projects.
- Ability to think strategically about the future of technology and translate abstract concepts into technical roadmaps.
