- Build and manage an ecosystem of industry disruptors, academics, and startup partners
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Oversee the development of future-proof product prototypes and service models
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills
