Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ innovation strategy aligning with company vision and market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts and business models
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation initiatives and allocate resources for maximum ROI

Qualifications
