Responsibilities
- Define and architect the core AI infrastructure required to support the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including generative AI, neuro-symbolic AI, and edge computing.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design robust pipelines and model deployment strategies.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation, transparency, and privacy compliance in all system designs.
- Oversee system performance optimization, ensuring scalability and low-latency responses for global users.
- Mentor junior architects and engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, distributed systems from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their potential application to AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
