Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging trends such as AGI, Quantum Computing, and Ethical AI to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate Generative AI tools into existing workflows, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Manage the technology budget for futuristic projects, ensuring ROI on long-term investments.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI usage, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Planning, IT Management, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with enterprise architecture and cloud computing (AWS/Azure).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts up to 3 years out.
