- Hybrid & Remote Innovation: Redesign our physical and digital workspaces to foster seamless collaboration across time zones and geographies.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new tools and methodologies with empathy and clarity.
- Talent Strategy: Partner with HR to forecast future skill requirements and launch upskilling programs for the next-generation workforce.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in organizational strategy, HR technology, or operations with a focus on digital transformation.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of LLMs, automation tools, and the emerging metaverse/space computing landscape.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
