Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy focused on AI integration and automation.
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting generative AI tools to enhance productivity and employee experience.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., quantum computing, spatial computing) and evaluate their applicability to our business model.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable data ecosystems that drive decision-making for the future.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for R&D and tech procurement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI engineering, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of scaling innovative tech initiatives from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing remote and hybrid workforces through technological solutions.
- Fluency in English, with a strong command of professional writing and presentation.
