Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or future-tech consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-level change management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and their implications for the workforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
