Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Future of Work.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and their potential impact on the workforce by 2026.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
