Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Project 2026 strategic vision, aligning operational goals with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential disruptions by 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales) to integrate futuristic technologies into current workflows.
- Build predictive models to assess the viability of new operational models and scaling strategies.
- Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency regarding the strategic roadmap and progress against the 2026 timeline.
- Oversee the pilot programs for next-gen operational tools and iterate based on data-driven feedback.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or futuristic technology consulting.
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-year strategic initiatives or roadmap planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and forecast future trends.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Blockchain, or Sustainable Tech is highly desirable.
- Certified Strategic Planner (CSP) or similar credentials are a plus.
