Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for AI systems intended for deployment by 2026, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical milestones and strategy for integrating emerging AI technologies into our core product suite.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks and guidelines for responsible AI development, ensuring compliance with future regulatory standards and ethical considerations.
- System Optimization: Optimize deep learning models and infrastructure to reduce latency and increase processing power for real-time applications.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI division.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and business stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and long-term technical plans.
- Future Tech Familiarity: Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Edge AI is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
