Responsibilities

- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, AI Integration).
- Oversee system performance, security, and reliability across all production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business goals into technical architecture.
- Drive innovation through rigorous research and prototype development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Expert proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience leading large-scale distributed systems projects.
- Strong grasp of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
