Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Design: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with business goals.
- Tech Foresight: Identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies (AI, Robotics, Bio-tech) to anticipate market shifts.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to drive innovation.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies for ambitious 2026 product launches and infrastructure upgrades.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
