Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for emerging technologies.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify disruptive trends before they become mainstream.
- Lead the transition of legacy systems to next-generation architectures (Quantum & AI-ready).
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Mentor high-potential teams to foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Oversee pilot programs for 2026 prototypes and ensure successful scalability.
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of future tech adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic technology planning or future forecasting.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI, Blockchain, and Sustainable Tech trends relevant to 2026.
