Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable systems capable of handling high-throughput demands in a post-2026 era.
- Technology Roadmapping: Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) into our core stack.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor, audit, and improve system performance, security, and reliability.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers in best practices for scalable software engineering.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical vision for the upcoming fiscal years.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work with emerging technologies and prototype future-proof solutions.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading engineering teams and managing technical debt.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
