Your Mission
As a Future-Ready AI Architect, you will define the technical vision for our upcoming products, integrating predictive analytics and machine learning models into core business functions.
Responsibilities
- Architect Intelligent Systems: Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning architectures that drive our core product roadmap toward 2026 standards.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models and neural networks for real-time applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to prepare our infrastructure for the next decade.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks; deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Strong ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
