Responsibilities
- Design and implement resilient AI architectures capable of handling high-volume predictive data streams for the 2026 rollout.
- Define the technical vision and lead the execution of the Horizon 2026 roadmap, aligning R&D goals with business outcomes.
- Oversee the development and optimization of advanced neural networks, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high-performance engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and compliance with emerging industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in building production-level machine learning systems and AI infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
