Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, LLMs, Edge Computing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business goals into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Drive innovation in our research and development department to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Conduct technical mentorship for junior engineers and architects within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically within AI/ML environments.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects with a focus on scalability and future-proofing.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
